We’re thrilled to team up with Mollis for an epic 3 month kitchen takeover at Saltbox! 
Crafted by the talented chefs at Mollis and served fresh from our kitchen, brace yourself for a mouth-watering experience every Friday and Saturday from May to July, along with all Motorpoint Arena Nottingham event days.

From Nashville hot oil fried chicken to classic Southern favourites, the menu is set to dazzle your taste buds.

We will also be pouring specialty cocktails made to perfectly pair with the Mollis menu.
